We have become aware of counterfeit elastic elements being sold as genuine Westcar products.
We're flattered that someone is trying to imitate our products. Unfortunately, they're not even close to the real thing.
How to identify them:
- Incorrect marking: "ROTOFLEXY" instead of "ROTOFLEXI"
- Non-standard dimensions
- No certifications whatsoever
Risks for users:
- Poor material quality
- No safety assurance
- Installing counterfeit components voids the entire Westcar warranty on the original product
